The Build-Out

Where we are right now.

Standing up a ranch that can offer beef, chicken, pork, dairy, and produce all at once doesn't happen overnight. Here's where things stand.

01 — Done

Breaking Ground

Land, fencing, and infrastructure set up to raise animals and grow food the right way.

02 — In Progress

Building the Herd & Garden

Growing our cattle, flock, and hogs, standing up the dairy herd, and getting garden plots into production.

03 — Next

First Harvests

Small early batches — likely produce and eggs first — as animals and gardens reach maturity.

04

Full Spectrum Open

Beef, chicken, pork, dairy, and produce all available direct from the ranch.

What's Coming

Five ways we'll fill your freezer.

This is the full lineup we're building toward. None of it's for sale yet — but this is exactly what you'll be able to order once the gate opens.

Beef

Grass-raised on open pasture, cut into everyday roasts, steaks, and ground beef.

Chicken

Free-range birds moved across fresh grass, raised for whole birds and cuts.

Pork

Pasture-and-woodlot hogs raised the old-fashioned way, whole, half, or by the cut.

Dairy

Small-batch milk and farmstead dairy from our own herd, fresh and seasonal.

Produce

Seasonal vegetables and fruit from our garden plots — likely our very first harvest.
